I bought a ticket for a friend or family member. My name appears on the ticket. Is it a problem?

Absolutely not! Tickets are not nominative. The name on the ticket corresponds to the registered user on our website, not necessarily the traveller.

Of course! Your ticket is valid for the next available bus without any additional cost.

Do you accept e-tickets? (on smartphones, tablets, electronic devices)

Some services require that the e-ticket be printed. Please visit the website for instructions on how to correctly present your ticket for the service you have booked.

Can I modify the date and time of my ticket?

Sure! Log into your personal area on the website, using your username and password. Click on “View Orders”. Select your ticket. Click on “Modify date and time”. You can modify the date and time of your tickets up to 6-12-24-48h before departure, depending on the service.

Can I buy tickets directly at the bus stop?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the bus stops, airport desks (departure and arrival terminals).

Can I modify the route direction?

We’ve received this question a lot! For example, you have booked Rome Termini to Fiumicino Airport but you actually need Fiumicino Airport to Termini. It’s okay – your tickets are valid and you will travel without any problem. Just explain the situation to our bus driver.

Can I change the service I booked?

We’re afraid this is not possible. The ticket for the service you booked will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. However if you need a ticket for another destination, you will have to book a new ticket.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings cannot be cancelled. Tickets will be valid for 6 months and can be used
at a later date. For more info please contact our Helpdesk.

I’m having payment problems. What can I do?

First you can try changing browsers and/or paying with PayPal (even without registering). If this doesn’t work, you can contact us with a screenshot, indicate which browser you’re using, which service you are looking at and the dates, as well as your email address. We’ll look into for you!
