Terravision operates the Heathrow airport transport service in collaboration with Heathrow Express. This means that with your ticket you’re actually boarding a Heathrow Express train and not a Terravision bus.
Steps to follow:
• Once you’ve completed your booking on our website you’ll get a confirmation email. Open the email, click on the link and you’ll be redirected to our client area, where you can print your ticket as a proof of purchase.
• Show your ticket to the Heathrow Express staff when boarding the train. The Heathrow Express trains leave every 15 minutes from Heathrow airport and London’s Paddington station (the first train departs at 05:07 Monday-Sunday from Terminal 5.
• Put your luggage in one of Heathrow Express’ luggage holders, find your seat and enjoy the fastest transportation option between Heathrow airport and London city centre.

PLEASE DON’T LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME
Terravision recommends that you go to the Heathrow Express departure points 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Also, make sure you check your flight departure/arrival time so that it matches the departure/arrival time of your Heathrow Express ticket.
