The pick-up time from your hotel will be 2-3 hours before your flight departure time.
You will be told the exact collection time by the Terravision staff in Arrivals.
Upon arrival at Madrid airport, customers will be welcomed by Terravision staff at terminals 1 and 4 who will be wearing a florescent yellow jacket with the Terravision logo on it and will take customers to the minibus.
