New online ticketing system - From today onwards the new version of Terravision.eu offers customers to book transfers directly on the site. In comparison to the old version Terravision.eu now provides an integrated booking system on each page. The system is secure, fast, trustworthy and compatible. Users also have the chance to view and edit their bookings online.
Customer Service, ticket system – In the creation of the new website more attention was paid to the customers and therefore a 24/7 online customer care service was integrated in order to provide a better service. You can email us directly from the website and keep track of the feedback.
More editorial content – From today onwards you will be able to find useful information and tips regarding your stay on our website: The section ‘Travel Tips’ was developed in order to give you more information about finding the right place to stay and more information about your destination. Our partner, Paesionline, collaborates with us in order to provide the information. Therefore you can book your transfer online, but also find information about hotels, cheap flights, city tours, guided tours, events and much more.
New graphics and layout – A new interface plus contemporary website design were incorporated to create this site. The restyling process didn’t just affect the aesthetics of the site, but work went also into bringing the usability and navigation up to speed, making the site faster and easier to naviagate.
