Each owner of the Terravision account is automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program and collects points with his/her purchases. The collected points can be redeemed directly in the customer’s account: the system will generate a discount code valid for all services available on the Terravision website (both airport transfer and city tours).

A door-to-door transfer is a shared transfer, organized according to the travel details provided by passengers during the booking process. It does not follow a set timetable and allows you to reach a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodations.

At the time of purchase you will be asked to enter the following information: - Flight arrival/departure time - Flight number - Name of the hotel where you are staying - Telephone number

The shuttle reaches a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodations, pleaae check the "Prices and Bus stops" section. If your accommodation does not appear, please select the closest one included in the list.

Barcelona: Once you have collected your luggage, please go to the desk located in T1 in front of the Catalunya Tourism Office and/or in T2 A, B and C/Arrivals Hall T2B, in front of check-in desks 98 and 99. If you do not find anyone there, please wait in the office.

The service is organized according to the travel details provided by passengers during the booking process, therefore based on the arrival and departure times of the flight. Therei is no fixed timetable.

The place and departure time of the transfer to the airport will be communicated by email to the accommodation indicated during the booking process, starting from 48 hours before departure. Please contact the reception of your accommodation. You can also contact the emergency number on the ticket.

The fare includes a maximum of 60 minutes of waiting from the flight arrival time indicated in the booking. In the event of a flight delay, you can take the first available shuttle, always depending in the seats availability.

If the name of the passenger does not correspond with the name of the person who made the purchase, you must notify our customer service customerservices@terravision.eu

You can change your booking up to 24 hours before departure, directly from your personal MyTerravision account.

The service is active from April to the end of October. The service is only available for flights between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.

You can book the transfer online up to 48 hours before departure.
