The door-to-door transfer is a shared transfer, organized according to the information provided by the passenger during the booking process. There is no fixed timetable and it is possible to reach destinations included in a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodation.

Upon purchase, you will be able to insert the following information: - Arrival/departure schedule - Volume number - Name of the hotel presso cui alloggia - Telephone number

The shuttle reaches destinations included in a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodations, please check the “Price and Bus stops” section. If your hotel does not compare, please select the next (closest) hotel/tourist accommodation on the list.

Please go to the office number 19, located next to terminal A (arrivals from EU and Spain). If you enter terminal B/C (extra EU and island flights) please walk for 5 minutes left.

The service is organized according to the travel details provided by passengers during the booking phase, therefore based on the arrival and departure times of the flight entered. There is no fixed timetable.

The place and departure time of the transfer to the airport will be communicated to you by email starting from 72 hours before departure.

If the name of the passenger does not match the name of the person who made the purchase, you must notify our customer service at customerservices@terravision.eu.

You can change your booking up to 24 hours before departure, directly from your personal MyTerravision account.

The service is active all year round, 24 hours a day.
