Everything you need to know about TerraFast Priority.
TerraFast Priority adds 30 minutes of personal assistance and a private electric car to your Terravision transfer. Your assistant meets you and drives you safely to your hotel, apartment or any address in Rome.
Your assistant will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point at Roma Termini. You'll receive their name, contact details and exact meeting point by email before your departure.
You can add TerraFast Priority during the booking process at checkout. If you've already booked your transfer, you can add it up to 4 hours before your departure.
TerraFast Priority is available on selected Terravision routes to Rome. The option will appear at checkout if your transfer qualifies. Contact us if you're unsure.
A 15-minute grace period is included. Beyond this limit, the service will be rescheduled within 30 minutes of the expected arrival time. In case of a delay, please promptly notify customer service by email.
Your dedicated personal assistant, equipped with an electric microcar, will be available to assist you with any needs: from shopping and small requests to helping you take a memorable photo.
Yes, one stop (for a maximum duration of 10 minutes) can be requested by email at customerservices@terravision.eu within 8 hours before the start of the service, subject to operational availability.
The main benefits include: reserved front-row seats on Terravision buses, a dedicated Personal Assistant, support with luggage handling, escort to your hotel or destination, and much more.
