1 Book your tickets
Please enter al requested data including those regarding the flight. It is essential to double check that all the details are correct: name, address, telephone number, arrival/departure date, flight number.
2 Manage your booking
You can login in using your username and password and double check your reservation in the “My Terravision” area. You can ammend the booking details up to 24 hours prior to the departure.
If you have any questions lease get in touch trough the “new request” button in your personal area.
3 Print your ticket
Tickets must be printed and handed to the staff before boarding. E-tickets or screen shots are not considered valid travel documents.
4 Go directly to the bus stop
Terminal1: November 1st - March 31st
After collecting your luggage go to the level 0, take the FREE GREEN TERMINAL SHUTTLE BUS - first stop is Terminal 2B. Our office is inside the terminal, in front of the check-in desks 98-99. Do not leave the terminal without contacting our reps or calling at 0034 902 676 975.
Terminal 1: April 1st - October 31st
After collecting your luggage, go to arrivals hall, walk following the “Lost and Found”, go down the escalators and once in Level 0, turn left – here is our office with the Eros Bus logo. Do not leave the terminal without contacting our reps or calling at 0034 902 676 975.
Terminal 2 (high and low season)
Arrival Terminal 2A, B or C. Arrival 2A or 2C: after collecting your luggage, go to Terminal 2B. Arrivals in Terminal B: go to our office, in front of the check-in desks 98-99, next to the stairs connecting to train services, where you will find an Eros Bus staff. Do not leave the terminal without calling our reps or at: 0034 902 676 975.
