A door-to-door transfer is a shared transfer, organised according to the travel details provided by passengers during the booking process. It does not follow a fixed timetable and allows you to reach a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodations.
During the booking process, you will be asked to enter the following information: - Flight arrival/departure time - Flight number - Name of the hotel where you are staying - Telephone number
The shuttle reaches a selected list of hotels and tourist accommodations, discover them all in the "prices and stops" section. If your accommodation does not appear, you can select the closest one from the list.
Once at the airport, go to the Arrivals hall at the counter of our partner JerezShuttleBus.
The service is organised according to the travel details provided by passengers during the booking phase, therefore based on the arrival and departure times of your flight.. It does not follow fixed departure times.
To confirm the place and departure time of the transfer to the airport, you must contact the telephone number you will find on your voucher at least 48 hours before departure.
If the name of the passenger does not match the name of the person who made the purchase, you must notify our customer service at customerservices@terravision.eu.
You can change your booking up to 24 hours before departure, directly in your MyTerravision account.
The service is active from April to the end of September, from 9:00 to 18:00.
You can book the transfer online up to 36 hours before departure.
Each owner of the Terravision account is automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program and collects points with his/her purchases. The collected points can be redeemed directly in the customer’s account: the system will generate a discount code valid for all services available on the Terravision website (both airport transfer and city tours).
