The service is organized based on the travel details provided by passengers at the time of booking, specifically the flight arrival and departure times entered. It does not follow a fixed schedule.

The shuttle serves a select list of hotels and tourist accommodations; view the list here: [link] If your accommodation isn't listed, you can select the closest one from the list.

Upon arrival, please proceed to Desk No. 7 in the Arrivals area. If you are unable to locate it, please call the emergency number listed on your ticket.

To confirm the pickup location and time for your airport transfer, please call the phone number listed on your voucher at least 48 hours before departure.

You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before departure directly from your MyTerravision account.

The service is available from April through the end of September, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You can book your transfer online up to 36 hours before departure.
