Both printed and electronic tickets are considered valid. Passengers that are unable to print the voucher can show a .pdf copy of their ticket to our staff.

AT THE AIRPORT Once at the airport customers will have to go to the desk n° 7 of our partner Viajes Rusadir located n the Arrivals hall If for any reason you are unbale to locate the desk please contact the emergency number: +34 952 46 34 58 Tickets must be printed. FROM THE CITY CENTRE In order to arrange the return trip towards the Airport the passenger must contact the number: +34 952 46 34 58 at leats 42 hours prior to the flight to arrange the pick-up time and location. Tickets must be printed. Passengers must make sure to be at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the time agreed.
