The tickets are valid on all the rides of the day therefore, in case of delay, the passegners will still be allowed on board of the following rides.
The tickets are not nominal and can still be used if the name on the ticket does not match the name of the actual passenger.
Infants (from 0 to 4 years old) are free, kids (from 5 to 12 years old) travel with a discounted rate.
It is not compulsory to print the ticekts for the Malpensa service, we do accept e-tickets.

Terminal 1 & 2 of the Milan Malpensa Airport are connected from a free shuttle service available that departs every 20 minutes from 5.00am to 11.30pm.
From June the 1st until September 30th the service is operating from 4.00am to 01.10am
The connection between Malpensa T1 and Malpensa T2 takes approximatley 8 minutes.
The shuttle bus connection between the Malpensa terminals departs from the area located in front of the Railway Station of T1 and arrives in front of the "departures" area of T2.
