1 Book your tickets
Enter all the requested information about your trip: your Departure/Arrival, Dates, Number of passengers, flight number and flight date for both outbound/inbound flights and click Book Now.
Attention: Tickets cannot be booked online less than 36h before the departure
2 Manage your booking
Using your username and password, you can log in at any time to check or modify your booking. If you need any help, please contact us through the “new request” form in your log-in area.
3 Print your ticket
Both printed and electronic tickets are considered valid. Passengers that are unable to print the voucher can show a .pdf copy of their ticket to our staff.
4 Go directly to the bus stop
Once at the airport the passengers will have to go the Faroshuttlebus desk located in the Arrivals terminal. The passengers will have up to 1 hour to reach their desk and check-in for the transfer.

For the return journey, passengers have to contact our partner by telephone at least 48 hours before the departure (+351 914 812 953) to arrange pick-up time and place

Door to door service
Being a door to door service, once at the airport the passengers will have to reach “Faroshuttlebus“ desk (n°27) located in the Arrivals terminal. Passengers will be allowed up to 1 hour between the landing and the check-in.
