  1. Is it possible to purchase tickets on spot?
  2. No. It is a door-to-door service, thus it is necessary to make an online reservation. It is important that, during the reservation process, you enter all data requested by the system so that the staff can organize your transfer in the best possible way and assure you a smooth ride.

  3. How many time prior should I purchase my online ticket?
  4. Given that you are booking a door-to-door service, the transfer will be organized according your needs, hence you have to make a reservation at least 72 hours before the departure time.

  5. Where can I find a bus stop list and the timetable?
  6. Given that you are booking a door-to-door service, all transfers are organized according to the data you provide during the reservation process: flight time and accommodation.
    In view of this, we remind you that your transfer to the airport has to be fixed in advance by contacting the staff at least 48 hours before the departure time. All istructions are reported on your Terravision Voucher.

  7. Should I pay an extra for the baggage?
  8. No, however, only one baggage and one hand luggage per person are allowed. Other items such as strollers, surfboards or bicycles will not be accepted on board.

  9. What happens in case of flight delay?
  10. If the delay is due to personal reasons, the driver cannot wait for your arrival as it may cause inconvenience to other passengers.
    If it is about a flight delay instead, the staff will personally take care of reserving seats on the next bus.

    We also remind you that, from the landing time, you will have an hour to collect your luggage and reach the desk mentioned on the Terravision Voucher.

  11. Is it possible to modify/cancel my Terravision ticket? How can I do it?
  12. Since this is a door-to-door service, everything is organized down to the smallest detail. In case of changes in travel plans, you must contact Customer Service well in advance by sending an email to customerservices@terravision.eu and providing the details to be changed.
    IMPORTANT! Not all details on the tickets can be changed, so it will be at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.
