Using your username and password, you can log in at any time to check or modify your booking. If you need any help, please contact us through the “new request” form in your log-in area.

IMPORTANT: Tickets must be printed and given to our staff prior to boarding. Tickets on mobile phone devices or tablets will not be accepted.

Once arrived at the airport, the Driver will be waiting just outside of the arrivals gate, holding a TERRAVISION sign. If the driver is not met please go to the Tourist information Office - our partner’s staff will show you where the driver is waiting. For any problems, please call the emergency number printed on the ticket.
