Experience with this tour a wonderful day in the Tuscan countryside, admiring the most suggestive corners of Siena and San Gimignano and try with us the unique flavor of local wines. Departing from Florence, our tour will start in the beautiful Siena, where our local guide will show you the Cathedral (interior), Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Building) and Piazza del Campo where the Palio race take place every year. The visit will continue to Monteriggioni, well known worldwide for its wine and its countryside of unrivalled charm, where woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves, in a landscape dotted with Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles. Before arriving in San Gimignano we’ll stop in a farm house, where you’ll taste some of the best wines of Tuscany with a rich snack of sliced cold meats, bruschettas, salami and cheese. We’ll continue then to San Gimignano, one of the most fascinating examples of medieval towns, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Here you will have a short visit of “San Gimignano 1300”, a multimedia exhibit of the city recreation as it existed in 1300 with all its 72 towers. After the visit free time to discover the beautiful squares, buildings, churches and suggestive alleyways and to shop.

PISA & LUCCA with wine tasting
