How can I pay for my Terravision tickets?
If you purchase your tickets online, you can pay with a credit card or a Paypal account. At the booth, the most used payment method is cash, although in some of the booths, especially those located on the main airports, credit cards are also accepted. To proceed to the payment for online ticket, you will have to insert the data of a credit card on the payment system or to enter your PayPal login details if you own an account which will enable you to speed up even more the payment procedure.
I need more information about the online payment system
On www.terravision.eu you can pay with the main credit cards and with a Paypal account. The payment is secure and happens on a protected server. At the moment you have the choice between two different payment options
Terravision has an integrated payment gateway through which services and products can be acquired in a fast and very secure way. The payment process is very simple – you only need to complete a short form online indicating your credit card details and then send your request off. The payment gateway is provided by Optimal Payments®.
Payment with Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, insert your details and proceed with the purchase. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one free of charge or alternatively continue the booking with one of the credit cards accepted by the system. We ask all clients to speak directly to Paypal for any technical problems encountered during the payment process as we do not hold any information relative to your payment/account details. Paypal is a firm member of the eBay group and is leader in online payments.

What do I need to do if I cannot book due to problems with the payment system?
For problems concerning Fast Payment please contact us via the online contact from which you can find once you login to My Terravision. Our customer service centre will handle your enquiry as quickly as possible.
If the Paypal system does not allow you to process your payment, send us the information but please remember that in this case Paypal will have to resolve the issue as we are unable to intervene since the privacy on payment services prevents us to have access to our client’s payment data. Please communicate the problem to Paypal and send it to us as well for information (through the contact us form), so that we could potentially recommend alternative solutions (such as to purchase a ticket at one of the sales points or to use another credit card).
